Food Service Supervisor - PM

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Directs Managed Accounts under 3M in Revenue or supports District Manager with managing labor in accounts with no account manager. Assists the District Manager in the accounts with all issues, problems, and concerns. Responsible for labor management and basic day to day operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for day to day support of the food service employees in accounts with no Food Service Supervisor or an account under 3M.
Works with and provides recommendations to, the District Manager in the evaluation of labor costs of assigned accounts
Assist in acts as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure service levels are being met for all assigned accounts and all issues are being addressed.
Trains on-site staff on Preferred Meals' processes and procedures and best practices.
Reviews on-site inventories to ensure that the overages/shortages are being managed correctly.
Monitors accounts for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and makes recommendations accordingly.
Monitors the accounts for compliance with Food Safety and the HACCP plan.
Monitors the accounts for proper cooking procedures to guarantee the high quality of the meals.
Monitors production records to ensure their completion and accuracy. Extracts pertinent information that signals problems or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma
2 years Food Service Experience
Knowledge of K-12 regulations
Local travel may be required
Reliable transportation may be required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
