Reporting Analyst OverviewThe Reporting Analyst develops relevant reports, analyzes raw data, provides data insights, and can write and deliver executive-ready qualitative and quantitative reports as requested.
This position collaborates with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Management, Sales, Finance, and Leadership.
The Reporting Analyst will:
Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the organization.
Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
Create business reports that provide insights and are relatable to end-users.
Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.
Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 applications Experience in Power BI, advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, Data Visuals, etc.
), SQL and/or other data analysis programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to users and present reports to management.
Relates well to others, builds rapport, and has a positive attitude.
Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and effectively develop data-driven reports or solutions.
Excellent accountability, organizational, prioritization and time management skills Strong desire for personal development, learning new data techniques and tools Desired Education and/or

Degree or equivalent required 3
years of related experience in report development, data analytics in manufacturing Experience working with multiple factory sites and ERP systems is preferred.
